Most BF specials are for new signups, IE new installations. So if that's what you're looking for there are quite a few around.

Would this be applicable for moving from another ISP on Vuma? YES. As long as you have a cancellation date for end December/1st January and you make sure you account is settled in full so that we can request an early line release and migrate you to Krypton Web before the 20th December 2024

I assume it is a 12 month contract? - NO. Month to month with a calendar month notice for cancellation

What are the cancellation cost? ZERO cancellation fees. You only need to return our free-to-use router if you opted to receive one, or you will be billed for it

How long will the price remain valid, 1 month, 3 months etc?

Just tried signing up,

There is an R800 refundable migration fee. And an R800 cancellation fee, if yiu cancelled within 6 months.

Black Friday 2024 pricing is valid until end November 2025 after which pricing reverts to our standard pricing from 01 December 2025

Correct yes. We have a R800 migration fee for Migrating Customers and an R800 cancellation fee, if you want to terminate your service within your first 6 months.

Apologies, in my previous post I mentioned ZERO cancellation fees. This usually applies to all our standard fibre installations (I was a bit fast on the trigger as that usually is our standard reply 🙏 )
For our VUMA Black Friday 2024 deal there is a R800 cancellation fee is you require to terminate your service within he first 6 months
