Hi.I just logged in to my clientzone. I have been charged the old price ( Full PRice ) for December.
Surely if it was meant to be live on the 29th as above we could have changed. I have tried to contact billing about this but wow, you cant hear a thing anyone says. It breaks up.

However Vuma's installation lead time is up to 7 days from the day the order is placed successfully.i'm with mweb on openserve, if i want to change to Afrihost and Vuma do i still qualify for free activation, installation and the router etc ? or is there a fee to be paid ? Also will there be any downtime because i work from home and cant afford a long downtime
