Any BF fibre specials?

I take it Vuma reach customers don't qualify for this promotion? It doesn't make any sense since Vuma reach is supposed to be a cheaper alternative but we are now paying more than regular customers. It seems we cannot apply for regular Vuma either.

Vuma Reach promo is a new package introduction, 30/10 Mbps for at R439. Existing clients can do a package change in CZ.

@Afrigirl I got an email yesterday offering an upgrade to 100/50 for R519 for a year (Vuma) which I decided to take. When exactly will the upgrade happen?

@Afrigirl Any BF deals this year, specifically vuma?

Also, if not, the 2024 BF Vuma deal. People whom are currently using it when is the last day they have to cancel so they dont pay non promo rates?

Thanks.

Thanks but that doesn't really answer the question. If we wait until 30 November to change will we be migrated in Jan and not pay the normal rates? Want to hold out and see but need to plan.

Are there any specials on the Metrofibre backbone because Metrofibre as an ISP is getting expensive and does not want to compete with pricing. The famous tricks of most ISPs sign a 12 month contract and get 3 months at a reduced rate. These were old cellphone sales tactics back in the day.

Never mind. Either we are missing each other or you are refusing to answer. This and the constant issues the last few months are making me want to move. It's a simple question and it can't seem to be answered.

What aren't you understanding?

If you moved to 100mb, you'll stay there just at the normal pricing not the BF special pricing. If you don't want to pay that you need to downgrade so you don't pay the increased amount.

I get that. I just want to confirm by when to downgrade. If I downgrade 30 November will it be applicable from 1 Jan and no increase. That's all. Just when to downgrade to avoid the R300 increase. Want to see if it's worth waiting and seeing if another special comes along or not.

If you downgrade it’s applicable immediately

Beginning 1 December, all packages will return to standard pricing.

If you did not request a downgrade during November before your December invoice was issued, your current package will be billed at the standard pricing.
