Sad... my upgrade offer from Afrihost on the 1000/500 line is R198 more per month than your standard rates lol ridiculous...most of the Black Friday deals are set by the terms given to the ISPs by the FNOs
We are governed by how we can implement it and in most cases it is favoured towards attaining new customers
If these Black Friday option don't suit you then maybe consider our REDONCULOUS Fibre switch promo where, if you switch to Krypton Web from your current ISP, you will only pay R399 pm for your first 3 months with us irrespective of the line speed you choose, thereafter our standard rates apply

Contacted support now and it is a known issue, apparently my IP address is depleted or Vuma needs to allocate a new one. I am not entirely sure but they are working on it.Took the 200/200 -> 1000/500 deal and got upgraded within minutes, so might be an isolated issue for you - best to contact support.

You are on Vuma Aerial, and we manage the IP allocation. And yes, your Ip is likely to change. Was planning to swop my AX3 for the TP-Link from Afrihost, will this not change my current IP address?
