Any BF fibre specials?

I will check with the team.
It might be enabled for Vuma clients only. Thanks
Except for that look at how the mail words it. New price applicable from Jan which is paid end December so that contradicts what you said. Seems to be very confusing.

So after not getting feedback, I decided to make sure to avoid the extra R300 charge and give the 30 days' notice on 29 November. Turns out that downgrade did apply immediately and I immediately got charged an extra R85 while dropping from 1Gb/s to 500Mb/s. So that means I ended up missing the last 30 days of the promotion, got lower speeds and paid more. Really left a bad taste in my mouth.

You got the email, though, you should have stuck with that.

Vumatel dropped last years BF deals this year from what I understand.

True, Afrigirl said that the clientzone will auto downgrade the package on 2025/12/31 and we will pay whatever package we were on before the 2024 BF deal.

So my Jan 2026 invoice should not show 500/200Meg speeds.

Where did she say that? Last post I saw was that she recommended we downgrade if we do not want to pay normal rates. I forgot and only downgrading from next month

Ok, after going over it 5 times, it seems we need to do it manually, and she said with Vuma it's immediate.

I'll do it on the 31st at about 22:00
