Any ISP which offers uncapped W-CDMA?

Hi, guys, I was looking at my internet options and ADSL is not an option. Wireless seems to be the only way to go. Is was looking for an ISP which offers uncapped internet package which runs through the W-CDMA protocol. Thanks in advance.
