Awww, I was about two clicks away from the R2500 price. Too bad for me. :-P

I agree its not straight forward. There are cooling off periods and other things to consider, but a gym contract is not really the same as a straight contract of sale... technically, until you've reached the age of majority (18), you cannot enter into a contract of sale - so that means all those times I went to stores and bought stuff were actually not legitimate sales... but the reality is no parent is going to litigate against a store for selling their kid a chocolate...

Anyhow, we're way off topic. I agree with you about treating others as you'd like to be treated and not trying to profit to others detriment... its all about integrity.
 
Pity this took a while to get sorted out. We missed the noon deadline- needed for next day delivery. Got my order in- kinda holding out a bit of hope for delivery tomorrow still. For once it might pay to be in Cape Town :D

Kudos to Kalahari for their handling of this matter. This is my first order- looking forward to more :)
 
Should I reorder one or two of these?
My initial order was for two.
I need one, the other one not sure if I should get as spares or whatnot? The CPU does loook a tad slow and I still have to go buy some cool dragon sticker to paste over the parlatones.
I'm also not sure if this was some kind of tactic to get rid of old stock, though the specs are fine for office work.

Get the second one and I'll buy it off you. As stated, R2500 is still a great price.

Got mine, this laptop is awesome for 2.5 :D everyone who says this is a bad deal can go fly to the moon :P
 
i just ordered mine today....so delivery will be next week

turns out they haven't reversed the first purchase yet, probably just another little glitch:erm:

The Gigabyte notebooks are fantastic, and you would be suprised about the features it has. so well done for all of you who made use of this.
