Anyone else just hear that massive explosion?

I heard a huge explosion. The shock wave (or whatever it's called) kicked the whole house just before 9:00.
For a split second I thought something dropped on my roof from the sky.
Walked outside and there was a rumble that persisted for several seconds.

Sounded absolutely massive.

FYI: Typical meteors are at 60km altitude. With the speed of sound being 300m/sec, the audio would track the video by around 3 minutes...

P.S. Rocket re-entry can appear similar to a meteor, though the video does not support that.

We heard it here in Sedgefield too. A whiplash-like crack, followed by rumbling.

Seems like the debris field was quite extensive. From Patensie to whale boats off St.Francis:

A whale boat crew member in the vicinity reported on social media that the meteorite crashed into the sea about 200m from the whale boat. The crew member reported on social media that it hit the ocean and let off a blue light and then there were six explosions and flashes of light before as it sank.
