Anyone else just hear that massive explosion?

9:54 does match. And I don't know much about how seismic events are detected but I could feel the earth shake beneath my feet. It was like a single bass pulse accompanying the audible bang. The house shook. So if I felt it and it made everything move then I can't see why a station built to detect tremors wouldn't pick it up...

The USGS reports on above ground explosions as well. Nothing there either.

The science doesn't agree with your report. I want what you're smoking.

All the FB posts say 8:50am. Seismic stations use filters to separate quake frequencies, so they are not triggered by thunder and other atmospheric events.

It's not uncommon for non-earthquake vibrations to register on seismometers. For instance, the instruments can record shaking from thunderstorms, heavy construction and even trucks moving on the highway
The Chelyabinsk meteor registered as a magnitude-4.2 event when it streaked over Russia on Feb. 15, 2013, according to the USGS.

Interesting! It hit the ocean at a height of 60km! Absolutely amazing!

The video showing incandescent fragments would be around 60km altitude. Beyond that point the atmosphere gets thicker, terminal velocity slows drastically, the meteor surface cools below melting point, and the fragments are no longer illuminated by their own heat. If pieces do eventually reach the ground, they will be subsonic and not audible. Hence my statement about time delays in the original video recording.
 

Wow! That definitely looks like a meteorite. The blackened outer surface is characteristic of melting as it reaches incandescence in the upper atmosphere. The interior is rock (not iron) and unaffected by heat, due to the brief nature of re-entry (less than a minute). I'm quite surprised that pieces has been found so quickly.

Note that meteorites are property of the State (not finders keepers):

I heard a huge explosion. The shock wave (or whatever it's called) kicked the whole house just before 9:00.
For a split second I thought something dropped on my roof from the sky.
Walked outside and there was a rumble that persisted for several seconds.

Sounded absolutely massive.

This explosion was equivalent to several Hiroshima sized nukes.

Um, how exactly did you calculate that?

The Chelyabinsk meteor was much larger, equivalent to 25 times Hiroshima:
It was caused by an approximately 18 m diameter, 9,100-tonne near-Earth asteroid that entered the atmosphere at a shallow 18.3 ± 0.4 degree angle with a speed relative to Earth of 19.16 ± 0.15 kilometres per second (69,000 km/h).
