Anyone else on Webafrica having issues with Disney Plus?

Hey, so use Disney plus in two locations. In the one location with WA, Disney Plus is jittery and does weird frame skips. In the other location with another ISP, Disney Plus works fine. This is on the exact same tablet.

Netflix and YouTube also work fine at both locations.

Is anyone else having issues like this? Trying to figure out if it's the networking gear/wifi or WA.
