Looks like a Wifi Access point - does it have an ethernet port anywhere?

yeah a POE at the back, But cant find a rest button or even a way how to log into the UI

That is a Remote Radio unit.. pRRU3911 is the model number..

looks like ill need a switch of some sort to get it working
