Does anyone have a list or timeframe when certain exchanges are being upgraded?
The newlands exchange that feeds this section of northcliff is badly overloaded to the point that only massive multi threaded downloads get anywhere near 4 Meg from morning to late evening.
I just want to know if this is temporary or if I should go over to iburst.
