title says it all. whats the realm like? trade channel etc. prices of stuff n all that. dont care about the pug scene, its not why I would transfer there
 
I play on Kilrogg. It's okay as far as servers go, we have our trolls and douchebags, but overall it's a pretty good community.

Prices are pretty normal, considering it's a medium pop server. Nothing too cheap, yet not too expensive.

We actually had the previous World No.1 10 man Strict Guild on the Server. Unfortunately, some of their members took alts to 25man pugs and they lost their position on GuildOx. They'll shape up for Cataclysm again, look out for Saoirse.

On a WoW-related note: Can anybody recommend me a good free proxy to use? I haven't played in 3 months and I used to use Battleping, but I see it has gone the pay route now.

cheers for that. Im considering changing servers, and made an app with a guild there. but dont wanna join a realm like mine again. having a 2nd interview on sunday nite. vent ftw :D
 
free proxy have done some research, there is one called cure your ping il will try tonight.

free 30 days trail,when its done make new gmail account and register again :P
 
Yep Im on Kilrogg as well and I have played on both Horde and Alliance. Nice server. I moved away once before and quite wow because it was crap. Moved back and I am happy where I am now. Still a few more south africans on the server as well.

yea, the lady i spoke to said there's a saffa in her guild, but he had issues with latency, and is only a casual now. Im somewhat worried tbh. last nite I had a personal best on latency of 24k o.O and I see kilrogg had a realm restart at 7:40pm server time. hope blizz sort this out sooner than later
 
Yeah, we had a small restart at around that time, but it was back within 20mins, Kaine. Which guild did you apply to?

I ran an all-Saffa guild on the server and we had like 30 or more members, so there's quite a bit of us. I know of a few which are also tied into some other guilds which couldn't join.

theres a cure your lagg website? Ive done bits n bobs n disabled and set on low quite a few things, but it seems blizz cocked it up somewhat with the maintenance. tbh Im not really fuzzed with raiding atm, so its not bothering me too much. away from home the next 3 days anyway.

hymn, will tell u what guild it is next week, dont wanna jinx anything
 
well, my x-server app was DENIED! not surprising though. as a saffa, with our **** latency n whatnot. so, any ideas elsewhere on a pve normal realm to apply to a top10 alliance guild that has never hada saffa in it?

ps Hymn, the guild I applied to was Anarchy
 
Kilrogg as well, plus a few other Saffas. My guild rocks, most other people as well but I think the biggest retards out of Blizz's 12million subscribers are also on Kilrogg.
 
Why do you want to apply to a "top alliance" guild if you arnt serious about raiding?
Ofc they will reject your app.
 
so u the one that cant raid properly because of latency >< I can raid perfectly with sub500 ms latency, but because of a certain saffa in that guild... I get tarred with the same brush
