No dia 13 de Março realizei uma encomenda de memĂłrias e de um disco rĂgido para um INTEL NUC, no valor aproximado de 150€. Este material estava indicado como existente em stock. A encomenda foi paga por transferĂŞncia bancária para Calvário EmpĂłrio, Lda. No dia 26 de Março solicitei informações sobre o estado da encomenda e disseram-me que ainda nĂŁo tinham recebido o material. No dia 3 e 4 de Abril solicitei informações e nĂŁo me responderam. No dia 11 de Abril enviaram-me um e-mail dizendo que os fornecedores nĂŁo conseguem fazer a entrega e pedem-me o NIB para fazerem o depĂłsito do dinheiro que lhes tinha pago. Como nunca mais depositavam o dinheiro, no dia 18 de Abril remeti-lhes novo email para reclamar o dinheiro. Remeti várias reclamações atravĂ©s da página da Net de Phoenix-Tech, que nĂŁo tiveram qualquer resposta. No dia 28 de Abril, como ainda nĂŁo me responderam, decidi remeter uma carta registada, com aviso de receção e com entrega em mĂŁo, a reclamar o dinheiro. A loja estava fechada e nĂŁo levantaram a carta nos correios. Na passada 3ÂŞ feira, dia 13 de Maio, deixou de ser possĂvel aceder Ă s páginas da Phoenix-Tech, ou simplesmente deixaram de existir. A ausĂŞncia de devolução e de resposta apontam para um crime de burla e eventual crime de fraude fiscal devido Ă retenção de IVA para benefĂcio prĂłprio. Vejo-me obrigado a fazer uma participação na polĂcia e dar seguimento a um processo judicial. Aconselho todos os que estejam nestas condições a participar na polĂcia judiciária portuguesa as fraudes praticadas pela PHOENIX- TECH ou mais propriamente por Fernando Jorge Neto Calvário.

"On March 13th I made an order of memories and a hard drive for INTEL NUC , worth approximately € 150. This material was shown to exist in stock . The order was paid by bank transfer to Calvario Emporium , Inc. On March 26 requested information about the status of your order and they told me they had not yet received the material . On 3 and 4 April requested information and did not respond . On April 11 they sent me an email saying that suppliers can not make the delivery and ask me to do the NIB deposit of money we had paid them . As never deposited the money in April 18 I sent them new email to claim the money. I sent several complaints through Net - Tech Phoenix , who had no answer page . On April 28 , as not yet responded , I decided to send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and hand delivery , to claim the money . The store was closed and raised in the letter post . Last Thursday 3rd , 13th May , is no longer possible to access the pages of Phoenix - Tech , or simply ceased to exist . The lack of return and response points to a crime of fraud and possible crime of tax evasion due to the retention of VAT for their own benefit . I am obliged to make a contribution to the police and comply with a judicial proceeding . I advise all who are in these conditions to participate in the Portuguese judicial police fraud practiced by PHOENIX - TECH or more properly by Fernando Jorge Neto Calvario."
So, it looks like the shady business dealings are not just here in SA.

Wow I will never take PayPal for granted again. Seems most of you were lucky that way. Sorry to hear about all the guys that lost loads of hard earned cash. To think I as considering to get the xbone from them.
Do you have any proof of this or any progress updates? I ask because I have a case open with the NCC and Consumer Goods and Services Ombud. All they can say is they cannot find anyone and it is beyond their mandate to attempt to trace them. I would like to know, at the very least, that these people are no longer able to trade anywhere in this manner.
