I was looking at a Canon 650D bundle, and found this one for R5000... almost half of local retail. (SAcamera has it for R8.5k)
It looks like they import directly from Amazon, at ridiculously cheap prices compared to local...
Phoned the contact number on the site and spoke to Paul, sounds like a chinese guy. Told me to check the website for more info.

Anyone had any experience with these guys?

I don't know... try and let us know how it turns out! A iphone 5 for R6000 is quite appealing!

I would order only if they offer Canon international warranty as an option. It can be cut off on lenses (not specified).

Very dodge, I would avoid.

Looks almost like some other site that someone got burned on that had a fake Kimberley address - plus way too many suspect things, for eg no address, suspect cipro reg number, copied terms and conditions, eft only (even though copied terms says credit cards), contact us empty info.

I would advise against.....

A who.is query on the domain reveals that the site's owners have gone to a bit of trouble to conceal their identity. Perhaps not nefarious in itself, but that site doesn't exactly fill one with confidence. Add the fact that they only have a web-based contact form - no address or phone number specified - and they certainly wouldn't see my money... if I had any.

when it sounds too good to be true....

Check the whois - that site does not seem to be affiliated with Amazon.com - just riding on the name I suspect.

The Address looks Australian (Nobby Beach) and the telephone number on the whois is a Denmark country code.

Good luck

Also, their copied Terms and Conditions are in total defiance of the Consumer Protection Act from paragraph 1.

I'd steer well clear...

Yeah, I noticed the strange T&C's when digging around a bit:
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Amazon Gadget Store disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Also, their "About" sounded too generic, so I googled a paragraph from their "About us" page and found multiple websites to be using the same one.... :/

Why don't you do it yourself then using one of those parcel forwarding companys, probably less risk than buying from amazongadgets.

I would, but from past experience, you can't get much more than a Kindle from Amazon when trying to buy electronics. I could be wrong, but I always get something like 'this product is not eligible for International Shipping'.

You can ship anything from Amazon.com using a forwarder, as long as the forwarder is based in the US.
