anyone using distinctive ring (MyRing) from Telkom?

im strugelling to get my fax to answer on the single ring. set it to triple rings and now it seems to answer but only after a few rings even though it is set to answer after 2 rings.

I guess the only time most people here use their landlines is when they need to report an ADSL failure.
