I have been using it since beta 3 came out (beta 2 was horrible), and it is now my default browser. Some of my work includes research, so I have quite a number of tabs open sometimes. The thing that caught my eye is that memory leaks seem to be trimmed down. It is no secret that Firefox 2 was a memory bomb. There are also a number of GUI improvements that I like, like a downloads overview now appearing in the status bar of the browser.
As far as rendering and memory usage goes, I am very happy with Firefox 3 beta3. I see beta 4 is available, so I'm updating now.

dont ever use IE unless you are forced to some website that does not support FF
