The Gigabyte smartmanager is pretty useless when it comes to fan speed tweaking , it lets you set the fanspeed but doesnt actually do anything until the cpu /gpu hits a certain thermal limit.

Temps at stock voltage are just as bad as stock settings using the software to tweak the fan.

thanks for your input. with regards to the overheat , we like to know if you use the fan tweak software to customize the fan speed to 100% ?

And you are right , the CPU / GPU has to hit a certain thermal point before it takes full speed.
it is designed this way simply to reach a balance to make sure the system runs peacefully and stably.

would it be more helpful if we offer an option to run 100% fan speed at all time ?

Yes , it would be extremely helpful if you added an option for maximum fanspeed without thermal limit, i would choose a louder fan over hardware degradation due to heat anytime.

Maybe make a mechanical switch , like those NOS button in street racing car lol.
