Ok so lately i have no idea why but im constantly hungry its crazy, My SO thinks im going through a growth spurt because my chest was also a bit sore the other day. What age do you stop growing im pretty sure im way too old to still be growing. What else can cause constant starvation ? I did deworm just in case :D

Check your blood sugar levels. Eating too much salty/fatty/processed foods maybe? Try to detox your body by eating nice and healthy for a couple of days or something... and drink more water!! :)

I always have always will drink a lot of water but agreed detox time next week

We'll if you are like me, drink less water then. :p Also messes up a lot of things. Just try to stick to 2-3 liters per day.

detoxing is a load of codswallop

anyway... what do you eat? are you taking in enough proteins and fats?

Are you missing any meals like breakfast, also what do you have for breakfast and meals.
Eat more nutritious food, maybe try oats for breakfast, leans meats, stay away from fatty and fast food quick meals.

Im not on any medication and i havent changed my diet at all thats the strange thing so before where i would have cereal for breakfast and a snack at about 11 now straight after i haev breakfast i want more ... i honestly just think im pregnant :D

I agree, what I meant with detoxing was try to "neutralise" eating habits for a week or so, i.e. eat freshly prepared food (not take aways, canned, frozen, processed etc). Also food that's not too fatty or spicy or so. So meat, fish, veggies, salad, plenty of water , try to avoid coffee and cold drinks and so on. Not go on one of those dissolve moss in your tea kind of detox gimmicks.

I think this should stabalise the body somehow. Have worked for me in the past.

Also avoid eating high sugar foods (chocolates ect), because the surge in blood sugar causes an insulin release. When your blood sugar drops you tend to get hungry again.

cup o tea without sugar in the morning ... thats my breakfast :) then i go big on lunch. sugar also slows your hand eye coordination.
so if you are failing at cod or bf3 ... then you know why.

Breakfast its suppose to be your biggest meal and supper your smallest :p
