Don't panic - it might be misreporting the temperature. If it really was 100 degrees, then something would have started to burn - or you would smell it.
Monitor the temperatures whilst running several applications and so on, and see what goes up and what stays constant. If something stays constant, and doesn't go up/down when the ambient temperature changes then it's nothing to worry about.
The first two seems to be correct, also the CPU and LOCAL temp.
Use other temperature applications and see whether they also give the same readings. Note - you will probably need to run one application at a time to prevent conflicts with hardware readings.
Most important - do not fiddle with the more advanced settings of speedfan at this stage!
