App for temp..

Don't panic - it might be misreporting the temperature. If it really was 100 degrees, then something would have started to burn - or you would smell it.

Monitor the temperatures whilst running several applications and so on, and see what goes up and what stays constant. If something stays constant, and doesn't go up/down when the ambient temperature changes then it's nothing to worry about.

The first two seems to be correct, also the CPU and LOCAL temp.

Use other temperature applications and see whether they also give the same readings. Note - you will probably need to run one application at a time to prevent conflicts with hardware readings.

Most important - do not fiddle with the more advanced settings of speedfan at this stage!

Ok, downloaded speedfan and got the following:

System:

Mobo: ASUS M2N SLi Deluxe
CPU: AMD 5200+ dual core
RAM: 2GB Corsair
GFX Card: Geforce 7800gtx
HDD: 320GB Sata
Chassis: AeroCool Zero Degree

WHY IS THE INTERNAL TEMP @ 100C???

HELP HELP!!!

I'm a noob, does the other temps look ok?
Detection chips aren't always correctly detected or readed. The internal temp. looks like a "dud" sensor instead. -5V and -12V also looks waaay off. Best would be to look through what sensors are not being displayed and see if you can connect them with any of those or just remove them.

Ok, thanks guys, almost had an hearty attack!!!

How can I check the power i'm using, im looking into buying a 8800GT?

Will a 550W psu be ok?

Only way to check it would be with a multimeter. You can just add the power rating of all your devices. CPU is about 70W. Add about 3W for each small fan and 5W for each large fan. Harddrives vary a lot. 550W should be fine even with 2 HDDs and 2 optical drives.
