I agree,sue for something tangible. not it looks similiar,or the earphone jack is in the same place.
a car has 4 wheels, don't see anyone taking other to court about it.

Well just watch the qualcomm space...samsung fired them just to sue Apple.
Apple using UMTS technology in all their new phones.
