Apple developer conference set for 5 June 2017

It would take a lot for iOS to lure you away from what Bryn? Windows Mobile? Don't be obtuse.

It was a broad statement about iOS and nothing else. What I was currently using was not what I was discussing or hoping to discuss. If you said that Ubuntu would have to improve a lot to lure you in in a thread about Ubuntu, I wouldn't launch at you about your false sense of Windows or Mac superiority.

This isn't a thread about iOS is it?
This is about Apple's developer conference, are you an iOS developer?

The majority of Apple's focus is iOS. And yes, I develop software. Not for Mac or iOS though since I stopped using Virtualbox, and never professionally anyway. Not that I need to be a developer to appreciate what Apple does to improve their software, seeing as there are a bunch of iPads and iPhones in the family and I'm forever being asked to fix problems on them.

Anyway, who cares? Geez it's your mission to derail this thread to the fullest of your ability. We could have had a constructive discussion about why iOS or MacOS is or isn't a well designed user experience, or had no discussion at all. Instead you prefer personal attacks and talking about Android.

Again you're being obtuse, the mere fact you wish to discuss that in this thread is derailment.

I didn't say I wished to discuss it, and I don't especially want to. I was saying there were constructive avenues available to you if you wished to pursue my comment, rather than resorting to personal attacks.

Don't worry about it. Clearly we're on very different wavelengths. I'll add you to my ignore list to avoid these inane confrontations in the future, and I won't take offence if you do the same. I only mention this so you understand going forward why you don't receive replies from me.

Stop turning every thread that goes against your choices into a circle jerk.
