Apple iOS 9.3 users hit by app crashes

I have the Safari issue. Hugely annoying.

Only issue I've been having since 9.2 is that sometimes an app updated via iStore will complete fail to work until the iDevice is restarted. This sucks as I hardly ever reboot devices(phone, tablet) these days

Installed now. Had no issue with the crashing but installed anyway.

Since I installed 9.3 every so often get a message saying insert SIM card.
