Poor customer service has become a pandemic with all these retailers and networks, like what do they mean they inputted the wrong details!?Finally heard back from iStore on my order, they started processing it and came back with a decline. Found out they submitted someone else's details/incorrect bank details on my order so got decline. Went directly to Vodacom instead and should be getting it next week!
Glad Vodacom sorted you out but honestly, it goes to show how bad data management is with these companies.
