The community doesn't build the same thing as a proper professional user interface, up to the standard of iOS's. I've waded through enough customisations to know that the vast majority of them are up to poop - either subpar ripoffs of other OS's (iOS, WP), or variants on Trebuchet, or tools that you need a BsC in Computer Science to configure to look as awesome as you'd like. The native iOS interface is still a standard against which Android is trying to get to imo.
And as I say; I don't have time any longer or inclination to devote to customisation. I already
did that. Then I grew up and started using my devices to actually do stuff on.
