wanders off to wait for the new Android phones post iPhone 5 - if i5 good enough will upgrade wife and pass 4s on to daughter - my girls love the simplicity - no fiddling they say

One thing I really like about ios is if an app crashes it closes instantly and you are taken back to springboard. When android apps crash they freeze up my phone completely and it often takes about a minute and then the device restarts itself. I must say however that since I moved off stock ICS and loaded a jellybean rom, my phone has been a lot more stable.

Sounds familiar. My wife and daughter say the same about their Android devices

Got an iPad3 sitting here free for anyone to use. Even my 8 year old picks up the Galaxy Tab as a preference.

Seems everyone simply has their own idea of simple.

You must understand, in these circles there is the spirit of ubuntu. You can draw comparisons based on the devices owned by those around you in order to argue in a thread.

Did you get a local S3?

Yes, came out stock with the S2 too, I also think with the original S, but that was too far back for me to remember.

I just don't see S3 as that a big upgrade for me to take it now. I will wait to see how the iphone 5 looks, but currently the HTC one X looks the nicest to me. Maybe even the one S, the quad core seems way too much in my opinion.

4inch might just be too small for me too. I think I like the 4.3 inch screen the most. The one X and S3 feels a bit too big in my hand as well.
