Apple Pencil any good?

I use it for working through design ideas. Beats paper and whiteboards. I can easily move things around, create more space, remove discarded ideas.

I can certainly do all that directly on my laptop, but it is more convenient on a tablet.

It is also handy for using the tablet while wearing gloves.

After using the iPad with Pencil for a few months I am definitely going to replace the glossy smooth screen protector with a paperlike alternative. The writing experience is not fantastic and too slippery for me and the glossy protector is too reflective.

I use the 2nd gen Apple Pencil, I haven't used a diary / exam pad / written on physical paper for close to a year. It's definitely worth it, I'm impressed. I use it when taking notes in meetings and making study notes.

Ordered one on Amazon for girlfriend’s birthday, should be getting in in a day or two.
She’s been using a third party one on her iPad Air (3rd gen), but complains it would glitch out sometime (she uses it a lot), so I decided to get her a legit Apple one.

You can buy Apple Pencil replacement tips if necessary, but I haven't needed them in the past two years or so.

Do you have a link or something?

I can’t find anything for an Apple one that ships to SA
