Apple Pencil any good?

Sorry to resurrect this (although technically FiestaST did). We bought an Apple Pencil 1st Gen with a 9th Gen iPad (the "cheap" one) in the beginning of January.
- I use it for making annotations in music in ForScore - pretty accurate and fine work oriented. Works great. I sing choir and singing from an iPad is pretty neat and easy, esp with the Pencil.
- My wife use it extensively for teaching mathematics to grade 7s. To make her own notes (OneNote) or to use as a "whiteboard" (she plugs it into a projector directly using the Lightning-->HDMI dongle). Works great. She used to have a Macbook with a Wacom but she says the iPad + Apple Pencil is just so much better.
She also gives extra mathematics classes and using OneNote and the Pencil is esp great if you're giving Zoom classes.

The next Apple Pencil might work with the Vision Pro headset
The next Apple Pencil, rumored for a launch alongside the new iPad Pro and iPad Air models in the next few weeks, might be more interesting than we were expecting. It turns out that it could not only support iPads, but Apple's Vision Pro headset as well, according to an unnamed source.
It's unclear exactly how the stylus would work with the headset, but the safest assumption is perhaps that you'll be able to draw with it on a desk or some other flat surface and that would automatically appear in visionOS on the Vision Pro, essentially turning your surroundings into the Pencil's canvas, with pressure and tilt sensitivity.
