Apple Store refund?

Good morning

I bought a call of duty game on Friday which does not start up - just a blank screen - the game description on Apple Store says it is compatible with my phone and version I am running - clearly this is not the case - I have uninstalled and download the game again a few times to no avail.

Does anyone know if I am able to get my R109.00 back from Apple Store or is it gone for good?

In Itunes under your Account and your purchase history, there is a button "Report a problem", choose the App and request a refund.
 
Yah I had a similar problem with Magic 2013.

It would start but was so terribly coded it crashed all the time.

I only found out about the refund too late and also lived in hope it would get better.

Due to the time passing they didn’t refund me but ended up giving me two movie vouchers.
