Poor Android users have nothing else to go on. It smokes the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for only R1k more. No brainer.

Haven't read the thread, but shouldn't it be based on that the iPhone 15 makes more sense to buy at that price?
Checked now, seems the iStore has decided they'll set it at R16k vs R18k, so there is a small difference.

I am also unsure if anyone really cares about single and multi score in modern? Thought it was more you're in the Apple or Android ecosystem, what your budget is, and then you look at e.g. how's the camera if into that, or screen, etc.

Here in Austria, the iPhone 16e is 709 EUR, the iPhone 15 is 735 EUR, so R500, it really doesn't make sense.

Tbh for my own use-case, the 16e is dead in the water without WiFi 6E support, since I live in apartment with lots of other noise, but we'll see how it is. Will be interesting to see the cellular comparisons between iPhone 15 and 16e.

Not sure how much a Samsung S24 is worth in Austria but here in SA it’s only worth R7.5k, so your R14k is way off the mark.
