Apple Watch 4 ECG activation for SA

Hi all - I've followed the previous link and copied the plist etc, and am now exporting the edited backup "as a folder" to the itunes folder.

What I can't figure out is how do I select the "edited backup" in itunes to restore to my phone? Or must I simply copy the contents of "edited backup" into the itunes backup folder called "00008020-000214E43432002E"?
 
This worked for me a few months ago - tried it again as had to reinstall my iphone and it doesn't work for me any more - the app is missing from the watch.

I did a restore with the a backup ( current ) on a new phone. Everything is still working.

I updated both my phone and watch to the latest beta and the app is back on the watch so works now...
