You don't have to stand in long lines or deal with incompetent staff- all you need is R300 and a corrupt official (Carte Blanche of Sunday refers).

What are you talking about? You need glasses.

My eyesight is fine, thank you very much. Its my sanity I worry about.
Funny thing is, I wasn't quoting you on anything. I highlight things as I read them, and suddenly noticed extra words appear. I thought I was losing it!

Has to be your brain then. Problems up there could lead to weakened eye sight. "I thought I was losing it!" ROFLOL! You Highlight stuff as you read it? Strange way of reading things. Do you use it like some people use their fingers when reading a book/mag? I wonder who is following this sub-topic. . .

/me watches another R 2bn produce another system that will charge us more than the current R30 per transaction.

/me is all exxcited about paying more tax money and admin fee's for a service that used to be a phone-call away.

/me understands that modernisation is required because of greater volumes. But:
Home Affairs Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa Nqakula said that she was satisfied with the progress that was being made in the department's turn-around strategy.
Strangely enough, this person works for me and I am not satisfied (or able to book a freaking bike learners), so how in the heck can she be satisfied?

/me would feel better if the R 2bn was to be spent by somebody without a record of failure and continuous denial.

/me would also be happier if the existing problems were solved first before more problems were thrown into the problem pot.

Side line : 5.5 million cars on the road. 5.5 million cars have to re-license every year. Above the license fee, R30 is charged as a "transaction fee". That's 165 million rand in COMPULSORY transaction fee's per year.

e-Natis created a 165 million rand income generator.

HATS OFF TO THE MINISTER!

/Me goes to see a brain surgeon. Can you recommend a good surgeon? Yup, I highlight the text as I read it to keep my place and it helps me to read things a bit faster. I don't use my fingers on books though. It doesn't seem that anyone else has cottoned onto our little conversation yet. He he!

Google it! If that doesnt help, I've seen a few ads, right next to the 'CHEAP SA ID books!!' ads and they got some nice prices on surgeons. They use general surgeons, not Specialised ones and oversell them and pass the saving onto you. Lol, yea...no one seems to be suspecting a thing. I could like sell Dugs on a Public forum the way this is going! But we never know who could be looking hey?

sky.akash, I guess this is not Imminent. Just after that, like Almost-imminent. What bugs me is, how are you going to Pay the fees that are associated with this (admin- and enatis-useless-R30-transaction-fees)?

Yea. Thats TK-land. Have only been there a few times. I rather use IRC than TK. ;)

So does a compulsive selecting-text habit. I hear the proposed line of business is profitable too.

My sis has been waiting for an ID for like a year now. I think maybe next time I must go along and carry a cricket bat over my shoulder. Threats of violence never fail.
