Anyone know when Patron kicks in? Ive just downloaded the game, bought the Patron thingy, but when I login I get to choose a server, but then I hit a queue. Do I have to create a character or something before it becomes active? Busy sitting with a 1 hour wait.

Check your account information and see if it says active/inactive?

Edit: You should see it as a buff on your character, so yeah create one.

Not sure where I see if my account is active or inactive. I do see :

Im pretty sure they did an update to fix it.

They did, but it didn't end up fixing everyone's problem. There are still many people whose patron status has not yet been enabled.

The Patron queue last night was quite high because the server maintenance booted everyone out. It should settle soon.

Went for a trip to Austere and managed to tank through the harbor campers.

Also got my custom crest.

Hey guys, been playing for a few days on and off in the past while and I'm really struggling with lag. I've used the IPs recommended on their support pages to check pings to the EU servers, which generally hover between 190-200ms on a good day and up to 240ms on a bad day. However, even on the good ping days, I feel like the game is very sluggish in its response time, forcing me to play very statically. Is anyone else experiencing these issues? Are they perhaps related to high server load or how is your experience different?
