Are all Telkom Mobile services down?

I cannot use the Telkom Mobile app nor access any Telkom Mobile website, even from Google.
 
Yeah all Telkom sites down from ADSL too.

On my 8ta sim I got an sms this morning about being paused due to OOB, when I should have over 30GB (day) and 40GB (night) still on my account.
 
Also couldn't check my balances since early this morning, and this has happened a number of times before especially on weekends probably maintenance or something
 
I was just about to ask the same thing. The app gives me this error but when I dial *101# it gives me the correct balances?

I really like the app so I hope it gets fixed soon.

The app normally struggles when it's month end or the first day of the new month....everyone wants to see their balances. :eek:

Mine is working fine via wifi and HSPA+.

I have tried it yesterday with TM's WiFi but with no luck. I see it is working now
