Are Axxess on crack?

Don't even bother with axxess! They make empty promises about giving you a static ip address which wouldv'e gone live in January already but is still outstanding. Thinking they just tell their customers that so they don't leave. Also your account get disabled without warning due to their incompetence by losing your debit order information when the accounting system crash ... don't they keep backups? Also way behind everyone else. Can't even email you a bandwidth usage report. I changed to saol.com. So far so good.
 
On Service, I'm yet to see better than Web Africa, their new stats interface is great. in terms of hosting, what are you guys smoking? You can register a domain in the US for $10 a year! Hosting wise I pay $10 a month for 3Gb space, 75Gb bandwidth, ASP.NET2, PHP5, 400 email accounts and 100Mb of MySQL. (http://www.brinkster.com/Hosting/Professional.aspx)

So occassionally some capped ADSL user can't see my site, most peeps are still on dial-up.
 
I'm with Axxess...they've been upgrading their server since end of April and still says they busy upgrading. Makes u wonder why even bother to be with a ISP that takes a month to upgrade a server.
