18/25 million voted. ANC won with 62% of 18 million, so 11.16 million. That's the 2014 National Results.
ANC would be out of power if the other 7 million decided to vote.

I really wish people would stop being pu55ies. Even if there is a threat, so fscking what? Expose the ANCYL for what they are, don't give in to the little schits. Do we just let people do whatever the hell they want, just because they threaten us with violence?

exactly, nobody said the March would get rid of Zuma immediately. Some people are just quick to jump the gun, and say i told you so

:wtf: so i take it you didnt participate in these marches? Because lets be honest here, had the march seen the end of Zuma (silly to think one march would get rid immediately), you would have been all like "yes, great job everybody, well done" blimey

I do not believe that there will be a threat from the ANCYL. I am skeptical when it comes to flyers and things like that.

If you remember, EVERYBODY who actually participated in the marches (before the marches even happened) said they knew it wouldn't result in immediate change, but it was the best start we've had collectively since 1994. That is something, not nothing, so please for the love of small canned peas, take your dismissive attitude and shove it.

Nelson Mandela probably took a stand once, had one Toi Toi, and poof, Apartheid Over... :D Its not an overnight thing

Just one mistake. Nelson Mandela was in prison for most of the fight against apartheid. He personally played no role in ending apartheid. He only played a roll in the peaceful transitioning of government after we already ended it.

I wasn't around that time, but was just trying to make a point. But Mandela did fight the battle within the walls, and before his arrest, but like I said was never an over night thing. Patience

Yes it's obvious you weren't around at the time. I agree with your point though but it isn't necessary to make up bits of history that you don't know.

I was being sarcastic, and threw in a bit of humour to get my point across.

Makes mention of the Zuma must go March.

I remember that day very clearly, it took three uber requests to get a driver that was willing to take me. A lot of threats on the twitters and 702 also ran a few stories about the threats...

But I went. I couldn't see the front of me, nor could I see the back of the protest. I do believe the size of the march was under reported. I marched, I listened to politicians talking. I sang, no dancing though since I do have a rhythm problem. I still posted something somewhere on social media saying the revolution will be coming by uber.
