I am currently in discussions with telkom re the above issue.

I had a telecon with them on Friday, and have another one on Wednesday afternoon.

One of the arguments was that I am a small minority, that no one else is complaining.. Well not enough people anyway...

I need your details please

• 
  Telephone number (block out the last 4 numbers)

• DSLAM you connected to (if you know)

• 
  ADSL sync speed

• 
  www.pingtest.net (please test both pretoria and cape town and paste the "forum link" back here. when you running this test please make sure there is zero activity on your line to give an accurate result.)
