My, such arrogance from a fellow forumite to suggest I can't do my job properly. It's not a case of 'I can't use it", it's a case of "I don't want to use it". Big difference. Please try to read a post before assuming the author is an imbecile.

Certainly do not need your arrogance. If I honestly cannot fix a problem I pay someone to fix it. I tried to have it fixed (as clearly it exceeded my "limited" capabilities.) The technicians themselves could not fix it - any type of network traffic on a Windows 10 PC would slow it down to horrendously unusable levels. I tried different Antivirus programs (disabling as well), new network cards, updated drivers, driver issues conflicts, latest updates - nada. If you have a solution perhaps you can enlighten us ordinary plebs?
 
I worked on my fiancee's laptop the other day, and realise just how far we've come since windows 7. I can't remember what I was looking for, but especially just hitting the windows key and starting to type works a LOT better in windows 10.
 
There are no solutions to some of windows 10's networking problems. MS just broke it, plain and simple.

I have noticed outlook becoming slow when trying to make a connection, but never the OS itself. On my office PC I just copied a bunch of files from a network location, while building a solution in a VM, and the PC is as responsive as ever.

At home my gaming PC is also my media server. My SO streams full HD 5.1 content while I play The Division with my friends, and I don't notice a difference. My home PC is a 2011 Sandy bridge PC with 12 GB RAM at the time, so not some beastly machine either. I am exceptionally happy with windows 10.

Hell, after getting 100mbit fibre, I don't care about updates or whatever either.
 
On Windows 10 for both my laptops. Had some issues with the Fall Creators update, but all that got resolved, 2 updates later.
 
I don't hate Windows 10, but I still much prefer 7 on my main PC. My Media PCs both run 10.
 
Win7 on my home PC.

Win10 on my work laptop but only because I have no choice.

I prefer windows 7 so I will stick to it until I have a good enough reason to move to something else. At this rate it will probably not be Windows 10...
