Are you smart enough to break this code?

The text for challenge 3 of the article isn't complete - when compared to the graphics.

If you take the effort of retyping something then at least make sure your editor doesn't f* it up. Those missing -'s make a difference.
Code:
-[------->+<]>.>--[----->+<]>.[--->+<]>--.--[->++++<]>+.----------.++++++.-[---->+<]>+++.---[->++++<]>+.-------.----------.+.+++++++++++++.+.+.+[->+++<]>++.+++++++++++++.----------.-[--->+<]>-.---[->++++<]>.------------.+.++++++++++.+[---->+<]>+++.+[----->+<]>.--------.[--->+<]>----..++[->+++<]>++.++++++.--.--[--->+<]>-.--[->++++<]>-.-[->+++<]>-.++++++++.+++++++++++.[---->+<]>+++.++[->+++<]>.+++++++++.+++.[-->+++++<]>+++.++[->+++<]>.-[--->+<]>--.---.++.------------.---.+++++++++++++.[-->+++++<]>+++.-[--->++<]>-.+++++.+++++.+.--.+++.+[->+++<]>+.-[--->+<]>--.-----------.++++++.-.+++++.+[-->+++++<]>-.

:D

I'm a developer, not a tester. I write code, I don't break it.

Nope, wish they'd make the challenge more interesting and within the spirit of hacking and hacking subculture, not this glam, rock-star crap. If this is all they have got, they'd fail miserably at solving a real Cicada3301 puzzle

It's a recruitment campaign. If you found this simple then you are exactly who they want to hire. Your average joe programmer is never going to have heard of something like bf before.

For those of us who have no idea where to start, is there a hint of what to look for at least? Is it just logic? Because there seems to be nothing related to coding in challenge 1, and 2 and 3 looks just like a bunch of GUIDs, which can probably be deciphered if I can find 1's answer.
