Army deployed at Eskom power stations

Wtf are army going to do? Are the saboteurs storming the Eskom compounds and they need to defend it?

The sabotage is happening by the people working there, and is often a small but critical "mistake" that happens. Unless the army are watching the employees and contractors do their job 24/7 and understand the different between what they should be doing and shouldn't be doing, I don't see them helping much at all.

Actually, given the state of the SANDF, I wouldn't be surprised if in 6 months time we see headlines "SANDF member arrested for sabotaging Eskom power plant". Because lets face it, at this point the rot runs so deep that putting more people in Eskom just means more people to sabotage.

Nah i want him removed so we can finally have electricity again, Like remember when BEE was in charge we used to have electricity most of the time? remember that era?

That looks like a 24H job re-attaching that flange. And ESKOM is talking what...6 months?

5 months for the tenders....29 days to set up the scam bank accounts...one day for the actual job.

Not going to happen. The car was driven into the ground for the last 20 years with no maintenance and needs time off the road to be fixed now and it's your only car. After De Ruyter left we went from stage 4 to 6. Still his fault?
 
The barn has been opened ages ago. Horses, cows, sheep and goats all bolted ages ago. But I suppose it's better late than never.

Remember when the Nats were in charge, and we had electricity 100% of the time? In fact, we had too much electricity that they shut down a power station on purpose.

Just because you had more electricity back then, it doesn't mean things were better back then.
