Hi Guys,

My cousin phoned me from Bloemfontein. He knows I live here and wanted to make arrangements for accomodation (He's a Soldier in the SANDF). They have received notice to be ready to deploy. Apparently the Police have requested, Soldiers, aircrafts and armoured vehicles.

Anyone know anything about it ?

yes they are invading zimbabwe finally

i doubt they would need all that stuff for xenophobia

YAY war against zim FTW

Hopefully they'll use the army to cordon off an area and then send in the cops who should be better suited to deal with civil unrest.

Sounds like they are preparing for war...

Saw the Live Broadcast on 3rd Degree last nite.... This country is starting to get REAL ugly:(

Don't think so.

Although it would be funny watching snotkopie wet himself in outrage at the attack on poor BoB's sovereignty

Mobs running shooting at cops for days is little above civil unrest

Meanwhile, Mebki leaves on Wednesday morning for Tanzania for the first meeting of the African Union's committee of 12 heads of state, Sarel van der Walt reports. He will be accompanied by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Aziz Pahad.

Wow a crisis and surprise, surprise Mbeki heading out the country . At least he was here at the outbreak, I guess that's progress:o

you do realise that they have just received a fresh batch of new weapons to try out?

War is never a good sight - but it's innevitable.

you do know there are about 6000 zimbabwians entering our country everyday

you do not know they are taking south africans job, they work harder for less money its a no brainer who i would hire

you do know south african are sick of them and starting to attack them (xenophobia)

answer to all these problems, take out BOB and restore zimababwe

On the bright side at least his stand-in might have the cajones to do whatever it is that needs to be done ;)

we ALL know this.

but what are you trying to say?
Going to war with Zim because their people are coming through our borders and taking jobs?

That is crazy:confused:

The problem lies with OUR OWN government, for weak (or zero) border control.

If you are saying we should go to war with zim, and kill even more ppl, you are even worse than those burning zim people with tires/etc.

i don't think they'll ge giving acting presidency to gatsha buthelezi again
