Arson closes 19 schools

"These people target staff rooms, science laboratories, libraries and computer laboratories, which have the most expensive equipment in the schools."

Staff rooms contain the most expensive equipment? What do these schools spend their money on? :D

Reason for my question is I remember our schools staff room, it had a couch or two, nothing fancy.

tell them that the building of the tarred road has now been set back for another thirty years because the funds that were set aside for that will now be used to repair the schools.

Dumb stupid protesters.

Was about to post this as well.

Unfortunately they will not accept this reason and proceed to burn the next available "government" building.

I just wonder if these people ever feel remorse about what they did? When all the schools are closed and they have to travel for hours to get to school do they feel sorry for burning down their school? or do they feel aggrieved that the government have not yet rebuild their school?

I simply do not see the connection between obtaining "services" and burning down infrastructure. Should they not target the people that are responsible for not delivering on their promises? If some government official promised that they will get a tared road and he does not deliver on his promise, why not burn his house down? Government officials will then think twice before making false promises or floundering money away to other projects (such as personal transportation) not delivering on what they should do.

Talk about shooting yourself in the foot to punish someone else...

I heard in the news this morning that school children are already complaining about over crowded class rooms, something of 500 children in 9 class rooms?

I see the thinly veiled racist remarks are back in full effect...

MyBB, is really back to normal...

That's the only real solution - if you can't find the culprits make them all build the school, they will learn some skills and take their frustrations out on the real culprits.

The FMJ solution works in the short term, but starts a never-ending cycle of violence.

+10 and people think twice before they destroy their own hard work.

The irony is that some government slacker is being fer 40K a month to be pro-active and liase with the community.
And, after all this has boiled over, that slacker will still be getting 40K a month for doing nothing.

Not just this thread, have a look at ponder's thread as well...

No really... go and ask yourself honestly... if all these posters are making fun of people because they are black... or because they are behaving in a ridiculous way.

I think you will find your answer there.

Indeed, you have just pulled the race card !!!! Congratulations !!!

You get the prize !
Accusing people of pulling the race card... yep normal programming has resumed here at myBB

What'd you expect? For some reason they believe the world cup had caused the entire country to suspend all their problems. And yet they call others dumb. Go figure!

For those of you accusing people of racism, please point out the posts that mention race.

Also, why are you so quick to defend people who burn down schools? Do you think it is acceptable too?
