When they announced the enquiry.. I knew Lonman/Coppers will take the blame/flac. Can't have the minners/unions be the bad guys, will kill the voter base for the ANC/Unions etc....
Huh, more then a third of the killed people were shot in the back! Over 50% of the corpses had more then one shot wound! Read my post in the original tread. Independent bodies (uni professor) come to very disturbing conclusions after inspecting the scene a few days after the incident. Clearly this was a indiscriminate mass shooting. However, it is not politically correct to call it a massacre. WTF I wonder how many people were killed by back shots in the "massacre" 50 years ago when they attacked the police station by climbing over the walls?

Who knows? Very little information was made available to the public regarding the ballistic results. All we know according to the reports is that the police were the only ones whom opened fire even though there is video proof of mineworkers shooting with guns on the police and news reporter teams. Strange though is that the video material of the helicopter flyover was never shown… or am I wrong?

Go learn the history of your own country! I think is a big shame that I, as a non South African, know more about your history then you do WTF. If you ask me nicely I will point you in the direction but I am sure, some educated local will help you before I do.

No reason to be mean to Fudzy. You are referring to the Sharpville Massacre… I never learned anything from this in school, but do know the history.
If you are not South African then how do you know of this, anything to do with the Constitution of South Africa in 1996?
