Article: ANC has one million members

The ANC has reached its 2010 goal of one million members, and will be chasing five million by 2012, national executive committee member Fikile Mbalula said on Tuesday.
 
Wow 1 million retards in South AFrica? That worrying.....
 
There is probably way more than one million intellectually deficient people in South Africa... it was just these 1 million who were able to bribe somebody who could write to fill out the application form for them.

Interesting that someone is able to conclude someone's intelligence based on their political affiliations. So would it be fair to say that anyone who votes FF is a retard?

I do not show allegiance to either of these parties but do feel it is rather juvenile to call someone a retard for supporting a party whose views differ from mine.

Why should I? Just because I do not think the country is going down the drain and we are all doomed does not automatically make me an ANC voter. I am fully aware that any successful democracy needs a strong and healthy opposition. The same way all the negatives ones on here need someone to oppose their blinkered views.

You didn't answer my question. You told me why you vote for the opposition, but not why you don't vote for the ANC. let me answer it for you... because at the end of the day you think the ANC is stupid. All of us who vote for the opposition do. You can couch it in fancy language and play around with words... but if you did not vote for the ANC it is because you think they can't run this country... ergo, they are less intelligent than what you need them to be.

I think I gave you a perfectly valid reason actually. If you are not satisfied with it then so be it but please refrain from trying to put words and thoughts across on my behalf.

I also have to question how me not voting ANC allows you to automatically lump me in with you and the views that all ANC supporters are retards and that the party is stupid and they are less intelligent than any other politicians! That is just down right idiotic. I bet I could find a fair few far more intelligent ANC supporters than some of the members on this forum!

well the best democracies in the world has about 2-3 % difference between opposition parties and the victors, in Holland for example they have about 10 that are neck and neck,
the best election SA had was the 1948 one, the stronger the opposition, the stronger the ruling party performs,

You made the accusation about me apparently making statements on here previously. If you would like to make assertions like that then back it up with quotes! If we are just going to make things up about people then I could just as easily say that Penguin said he was one of Zuma's love children.
