Article: ANC statement on Jacob Zuma's bond

Either there is a bond or there isn't. If reports are correct that no bond is registered at the deeds office then its plain and simple - the Prez lied. Are records of the deeds office not in the public domain - where is there a privacy issue?
 
This nonsense about private and confidentiality went out the window when FICA came into effect. In theory any financial institution can access the records of whether he was awarded a bond or not and what his credit rating was at the time.

Ditto about the deeds office being public as Bernie says.
 
Those 5 paragraphs in the statement could have been put into two sentences.
 
Loads of hot air and plenty of spin. But I didn't expect less.
