The ANC Youth League in Gauteng on Wednesday rejected the proposed toll system at a public hearing and demanded that it be shelved.

Where else are they going to get the cash from to finance their lavish lifestyle?

They have already stolen or earmarked the rest of the money available to be stolen.

Toll roads are a constant source of ready cash.

Story of our lives :
They need money to maintain public roads, etc. Money that was put aside for exactly that, is taken to fund lavish lifestyles -because fuk knows nothing is being done about the roads. Now MORE money is needed to "fix and maintain etc, etc, etc." It's going to be "uhm" and "ah" until after the election, when the toll system WILL be implemented and THAT money will go towards increasing said lavish lifestyles. So these "criminals" get richer, the already suffering public gets poorer, and to top it ALL off, the roads are STILL fukked.

(Apply this to almost every other aspect of government, rinse, repeat.)
