Article: Anti-cheating blinkers outcry

A Thai university has removed a photo from its Facebook page of students taking an exam wearing anti-cheating blinkers after the image drew criticism, reports said Friday.

Kasetsart University's Student Administrative Board on Wednesday posted the photo of 100 students in the agro-industry faculty wearing headbands with sheets of paper on both sides to prevent them from peaking at each other's exams.

I prefer the term blinders - blinkers gives the impression that they might be wanting to make a right turn along the line.

Imagine this happening in South Africa. The pupils would have taken one hour just to figure out how to put them on :D

We used to have to put our book bags in the middle between people who shared a desk to prevent people from having a look-sie. I don't see the issue with this. Not like anyone is waterboarding them or something
