The old generation of black people are so stuck in their traditions and cultures and are also too full of pride that they don't want to vote for anyone else because they are afraid of the white man ruling again and respect the older people who were in the struggle.

That said, the AWB are a bunch of idiots, but that doesnt mean ALL afrikaners and ALL farmers are the same as those lot are. Same goes for any other racist and person who places themselves above others.
 
These comments from Pheko (the woman in the interview) make it obvious someone was trying to create news:

It always helps to back up statements with facts, otherwise you appear to make them purely based on race or political affiliation which is sad indeed. It's people like you who make the AWB look good.
 
They all acted like idiots. Especially the host who should have been controlling the debate. IMO I would fire that idiot. Visagie and "that poor women" acted like everyone expected them to act in the situation. If you put enemies in the same room and expect them to play nice then you are delusional. The host should have told the women to stfu and Visagie to sit down and stop being a little bitch. Instead he sat there watching them fight!
 
I'm sure the potential outcome was discussed before the event... it's nearly kickoff time and we need to find a way to get the world to shift their focus from the lack of delivery by the ruling party to the evils of the Afrikaaner and their apartheid system that put us in this mess.

Stirring up tension... perhaps someone is hoping there will be a 'terrorist event' at the WC that will make the opposition and / or right-wing look bad.

Quite a conspiracy theory you got there...

Though, I suppose it is difficult to know what is going on behind the curtains without being involved. I think this whole issue is bad form on South Africa's part. We really should know better by now. Particularly just before the biggest international event in the world.

Somehow I feel there's some truth in MrsBBL's words; it all does seem somewhat too coincidental that all of this would happen now.

Yep, it's the stuff of tinfoil hatters, but I do like to look at things from different perspectives and entertain different angles. What gets me is how the ANC continually distances itself from Malema, but gives him their blessing nonetheless... it's just too convenient.
 
Look I so don't support the AWB but I feel that guy was right to walk off during the interview, I would have too. Personally I would have wanted to slap that woman silly but there are laws against that sort of thing :) Oh well just another news story!
