One person was electrocuted at a Roodepoort sub-station on Monday, causing a fire which left the area without electricity after an incident of cable theft. Johannesburg city power said.
Spokesman Sol Masolo said the body of a person who had been electrocuted was found in the Roodepoort sub-station.

WATT you say??? This is a current issue which has a bad element but now one less, but lets hope they can generate some new leads.
What kind of twit cuts into possibly live wires with an uninsulated hacksaw? My friend is an electrician for council and once saw a guy flung across a room since he touched a circuit breaker at a sub-station improperly. The guy was dead before he landed back on the floor.
