Many folks do not realise nor understand which level of government is responsible for delivering certain services.

As MickeyD says, there's confusion about whose jurisdiction some services is. Housing and roads have provincial, national and local authorities who are responsible for certain parts of it.

The court granted them the interdict because they recognised the City should have a say.

On the other hand, DA in Gauteng has failed stans because they didn't run to the courts in time to prevent the upgrade of Gauteng roads. This means that the Gauteng DA is not as effective as the one in WC and should therefore not be voted for even by the stan.

stans tried to pass vote of no confidence to Musi. They are just becoming to ambitious.
